> Parenting
To Kindle a Soul is a unique
approach to parenting which combines cutting-edge behavioral
and developmental Psychology research with time tested Jewish
wisdom to speak directly and poignantly to issues facing
today’s contemporary families. To
Kindle a Soul teaches the fundamental principles of human
growth and development. It trains parents to apply these
principles to every situation that arises without the need
for “tricks or techniques.”
J-Family’s To Kindle a Soul Parenting programs are
conducted in partnership with JCC’s, ederations, Temples
and Synagogues of all denominations, Chavurahs, and individuals
to create programs tailor made to meet the needs of the
respective communities. Programs include ongoing, multi-modular
workshops, one-day or half-day mini-seminars, or whole-family
weekend retreats. Typically, the programs are social as
well as educational providing participants ample opportunity
to bond and connect with other parents with similar age
children.
